I'm not a very expressive person when it comes to emotions, especially when it comes to TV, movies, games, etc.  That being said, the strongest reaction I've ever had was to the ending of Shadow of the Colossus. Without spoiling anything, it is such a sad, epic conclusion to a huge adventure which is unlike any other game I've ever seen. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone who has a chance to play it.
